Eto’o’s first season in Milan became part of Inter history.

Arriving from Barcelona in the summer of 2009, he adapted his game for Mourinho’s side, often playing wider and taking on a different role to the one that had made him one of Europe’s great goalscorers.

By the end of the season, Inter had won Serie A, the Coppa Italia and Champions League — giving Eto’o a second treble in as many years, with two different clubs.
